DESPERATE HELP CANT GET RID OF TROJAN DROPPER.SMALL.5.J

I cant find the location of the trojan AVG finds it but only with the resident sheild the name is c:\Documents and Settings\Arturo Guerrero\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\6HWZELUT\FCKEC.980[1[.exe

Just delete them. If your not sure, here's how,

I did that before and then right after i did it it said the same thing then i follow the paths to temporary internet files but i cant find the folder 6hwzelut
