Desktop Security

Desktop security has been discussed here in the past...
because the desktop security program is not available to the public I can not offer the name of any particular program so want to present everyone with the opportunity to do so if the care to.........
its been my experience that many so-called desktop security programs are plain useless......there are however some very good programs out there.....anyone care to list one..please do............

SHOULD READ: : because the desktop security program "I USE" is not available to the public"

 

COMMENT: imo the use of encryption is essential to desktop security...FE: encrypt before locking desktop..
however...there are already threads here at the forum on the topic of Encryption so perhaps those Threads would be better suited for that topic.......
