    If Ballmer saw it that long ago why didn't MS change with the market earlier? Instead he accused Android (Google) and Ubuntu (Canonical) of being 'socialism'. As I don't understand US politics I'm guessing that was a slight on the fact that both OS's are freeware. Android took off faster than anyone expected or predicted (including Ballmer himself) and threatened Microsoft's hegemony. Ballmer claims that Vista was his only mistake. I don't believe he works for Microsoft anymore.

    The insane part of MS's agenda is that even when they know they have obviously failed miserably in the mobile market, they still persist with the Win 10 agenda as if they are in some fantasy delusional world. I think they know they lost in the mobile market, and they can't recover from that, so they're thrashing around trying to figure out how to make money, whether it be in advertising, or the cloud, or enterprise, or whatever.
