Deny adding user for Admin Type on Windows 7?

    Hi all...

    Hopefully I asked in the right place, if not mod can move it to the right place...

    Scenario :
    - Windows 7 with 1 user (ie : Tom)
    - Tom belong to Administrator group

    Question :
    - Can I deny/drop right for Tom to adding new user account on Windows?

    I try to search the net but can find it... is it possible to do what I want?

    I doubt that you can do that. Even if you find some settings in Group policy the user can disable that settings since he is administrator.

    thanks hqsec... looks like I have to find some 3rd party program to achieve that...
