    I think too, the amount of posts on the forum may have woke them up to the problem.

    Before they would not have seen it. It is now in black and white on thier own website.

    I only woke to this problem some 6 months ago, due to the change in problems being posted at the Dell Forum, it has taken that time to move through the ranks to the top.

    Most large companies are the same, regardless of which country they are based in (I'm in the UK).
