    Hello imation,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Acronis True Image 11 Home bootable media (full version) does have the Intel 82566MM Gigabit Network Connection support, we have double-checked it in our records. In order to investigate your issue we will need some diagnostic information from your system. Please create Linux system information (sysinfo26.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support with the subject indicating that you want to contact Alexey Bogomolov. Attach the collected information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Alexey Bogomolov

    thank you for yours answer.

    i tried to create a sysinfo26.txt but...

I cant mount the diskette drive. if I would like to "mount /devfs/floppy/0 mntdir" the message "Mounting /devfds/floppy/0 on /tmp/mntdir failed" appear.

when i start ATI 11 without the "quit" comand and linux starts there are some NIC informations:
    Code:
    Checking for network adapters...
    Network adapter not detected
I think ATI11 boot cd has really no drivers for 82566DM-2 NIC chipset.

Sometimes, you can ignore the error messages and keep executing in sequence the instructions for creating the sysinfo file and it will be created.

    Hello all,

    To imation

We'd like to inform you that Acronis True Image 11 Home bootable media has updated Linux Kernel.
    The mounting command should be:

    mount /dev/fd0 mntdir

The instructions on how to generate sysinfo report for Acronis True Image 11 Boot media are also provided in the separate paragraph of Acronis Help Post.

In this case, please generate new sysinfo using the above recommendationssubmit a request for technical support with the attached report and the link to this thread. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

    Thank you
