Is there any way to delete items from the SpywareBlaster "restricted sites" list? I don't mean just removing protection, but removing them from the list altogether.

Hi spphrcld, and welcome to the forum.

Yes, you can remove an item from the "Block List" by adding it to the "Permanent Ignore List" feature in SpywareBlaster.

Find the item you wish to remove (ignore) and right-click on it and choose "Ignore List" -> "Add Item to Ignore List". Verify you've selected the correct item and press "Yes" to the prompt. The item will then be added to the permanent ignore list and remove the protection for it. You won't have to worry about unchecking it again the next time you update SpywareBlaster.

If later you decide you want to reverse this and add protection back for that item, you can remove the item from the Ignore List. Just right-click on the "Block List" and choose "View Ignored List". The "View/Manage Ignore List" box will pop up and you can select the item you want to remove, click on the "Remove Selected from Ignore List" and then click on "Save Changes". Remember to re-enable all protection again.

    Hope that helps,

    Regards,

    snap
