Used Paragon HDM 15. Windows 8.1 update
I migrated my System (C): partition to a boot-able SSD. I now have a System (H): partition on my original drive that initially was identical to the migrated partition. Every time I try to delete the old partition System (H): I get messages telling me not to do this. Is it safe to delete my old system(H): partition without consequences?

Probably is the former "C:". Should be safe to delete if you don´t expect to boot from the old disk ever, if the computer is booting without problems from the new SSD, and if you have already backed up the new SSD and the old disk.
