Defrag Switches Windows 7

    Here I right clicked desktop - New - Shortcut and entered " Defrag C: /h /u /x /v " no quotes for the location and after you hit next it has "Defrag" in there so hit finish then drag and drop the shortcut to an easily accessible folder.

    Open an admin command and type " defrag.exe /? " no quotes to see the switches avalable.
