Defrag or not to Defrag that is the question?

    The few bits of info I looked up online all reffered to this ISO for use in re/writeable media - Im guessing that is just a common implementation of that ISO rather than its whole scope ?

    Even the ISO website states (as an example of where i looked) it is for re/writable media:

    The so-called UDF spec produced by OSTA is based on ISO/IEC 13346.
