Defrag doesn't work after creating image

    Hi
    I just installed Acronis Ver 8.0 and updated to build 937...I am using a laptop and have 53.51 Gigabytes Usable Hard Drive Capacity
    28.84 Gigabytes Hard Drive Free Space
    After I create an image (full) in Secure Zone I end up with many fragmented files and the defrag utility suggests that I defrag...when I do...the report comes back saying it cannot defrag the large Documents and Settings file...how do I correct this

    Could you please try to find the file with the ".tib extension on your hard drive ? It is possible that you create the image file to your partiton (and not in Acronis Secure Zone).
