default IE page problem

    Hi,

    Pls help me out with the following things.

    1) When i open IE it always opens "res://eqsyx.dll/index.html#37049"

    How can i get rid of this ..

    2) I started getting a different kinda popup ..it has a heading
    "only the best" and shows different ads at different times ..
    quite annoying ..

    pls suggest a way out
