Decrypt Truecrypt file with unknown PW and known keyfile?

I forgot my password used in a TC file but have the keyfile. Is it possible to decrypt a Truecrypt file if I used a keyfile and password. I may be able to bruteforce it since I can guess at characters used. It seems the fact I also used a keyfile prohibits me from using most programs. Any suggestions on how to crack it?

 

I would try OTFBrutusGUI. I'm fairly sure it supports keyfiles and it has a flexible wordlist generator that makes it particularly useful for recovering partially forgotten passwords, as long as you haven't forgotten too much, that is.

Be aware that if you are missing more than 4 or 5 characters and/or the search is overly complex and/or you can't reduce the search to a fairly limited character set then the job might be too large of a task to complete within a realistic time period.
