What are advantages of taking action upon finding the infection at once rather than dealing with infected files at the end of the scan?

    Hey ONT
I believe it is more about, that most user's would like to see , that Eset (there is a set and forget AV..IMHO) or any other security product automatically clean or delete infected files. Most people expect that when they install their favorite AV, then it will take care of the protection so that they do not have to worry about the safety. The other alternative is " No Cleaning" and that will say that the user will have to make a decision from an alert window when a threat is detected, and allow the user to choose from a list of available actions, and that could bring the not so knowledgeable in danger.
