I'm setting up my MacBook Pro to run both Mac OS X and Windows 7 using Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac. I would like to use ESET Smart Security on the Windows virtual hard drive and ESET NOD32 Cybersecurity for Mac on the Mac OS X. Does anyone know if there are any conflicts with this setup? Is it possible to run both ESET security suites on my computer when using Parallels Desktop? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Hello MonkeySlide,

We have not encountered any conflicts running ESET security products on Parallels. Please let me know if you have any trouble setting this up.

    Thank you,
    Richard

    Hi Richard,

I hope it's OK to ask you here, so I don't need to start a new thread.

I am just wondering if you got any plans of developing/releasing ESS
for Mac OS X, so one can use the inbuilt Firewall, instead of LittleSnitch for OS X;)

Wich might get the name Eset CyberSecurity Suite ;)

    Hello SweX,

I was told that we are currently getting feedback, determining customer interest and looking at the market needs to determine future product features. We currently do not have more information to share at this moment.

    Thank you,
    Richard

    Hi again Richard!

Thanks indeed for your answer. Well it's not a NO anyway, wich is good.;)

Yes the Mac AV market does need a new Security Suite, and I'm sure your feedback will show that as well.
I for one will surely use it:thumb:

Thank you Richard, have a great weekend!
