    Can anyone tell me the difference between the two?
    boclean cover only trojans or ?

    Cyberhawk is a behavior analyzer, detecting malware solely based on their behavior (behavior itself and via hooks too). Updates are rarely needed.

    BoClean is a memory resident signature scanner that also uses certain behavior analyzing methods, mostly relaying on hooks used by scanned program.
    Since it's signature based, it requires regular signatures.
