cyberghost not responding

    my computer crashed,i could not find my login details for cyberghost vpn, it has been 4 days there only email was that i should send them my receipt and since then nothing,i sent them a knock knock is anybody there email,no response, is any other member having problems? i know cyberghost support is slow but this is not funny
