I'd like to create a custom Live CD but I want to make one which includes the LastPass Firefox addon and autoconnects to my VPN server. Is this possible?

Custom Live CDs are easy. Use remastersys, and just make sure you include your Firefox profile (which contains the add-ons), and also work the autoconnect code to your VPN server into the startup of the Live CD, or launch manually it after the Live CD boots up.

An alternative to remastersys, is to create a chrooted directory (on disk) for the Live CD your want to customize, and use the package manager to delete and or install whatever you want to have in it.

I'll have to look for the bookmarks and post back.
