A mini computer for $45? Solid Run Of Israel has produced the world's first full powered affordable mini-PC for the masses. A high end mini-PC with all the bells and whistles will set one back $120. Its called appropriately enough - Cubox!

    Cool!

Details - From Solid Run's website:

The SolidRun CuBox is is the world's smallest desktop computer. The high performance, low power HTPC and media centre is packed into a tiny cube, just 2 × 2 × 2 inches in size."

"Weighing 91 grams (0.2lb, 3.2oz), the highly-efficient fanless computer runs happily on less than 3W power*, even when streaming and decoding full-screen 1080p video - and it's all available as an open source development platform!"

    Now available for pre-order. :thumb:

Been out for ages, I hear it runs ok but still needs optimising for full HD playback, its more of the software that needs its bugs ironing out and support but its going well.

Ain't seen it so cheap though always been £99+
