What's CS compatibility with Sandboxie. Does CS communicate through Sandbox. Do you have a line of code for SBIE Full File Access (OpenPipePath)...?

@bjm_ Personally not tested with Sandboxie so I can't confirm compatibility thing. One solution is to try it out. :)

@boombastik Thank you for the feedback. :)

When you close Crystal Security (also from tray) then problem still occurs..?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Kardo

Popups look really nice however I still think the suggested action with the user decision prompt (block in your example) should be emphasize in some way.

P.S. Advice shows allow in your threat detected example.

@kardokristal It didn't detect and analyze 95% processes I opened.

@phalanaxus Your requested feature (highlight recommended action) is available in this .128 build. :)
You can turn it on under: Settings => Behavior tab => Recommended action title => Highlight check box. Please do not forget click on Apply.

    Kardo

    Thx.
However after several clean installs CS fails to detect running already installed applications (Win 8 x64). Newly created ones are okay. Each and every thing I tried to download triggered a detected on collective cloud though.

Thank you for the feedback. :thumb:

Everything seems okay because if process is already running (before Crystal Security) then it is not detected. Only newly launched/restarted applications/processes are detected and analyzed. Please try to launch some new process (e.g. Calculator, Paint...) and see if it is detected. :)

Some other feature requests by you are also planned in the near future. ;)

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Kardo

What I mean was I have aimp installed, I launch it, CS doesn't do anything. I try to download an executable CS throws a warning as it should. BTW every software I downloaded gave a detected collective cloud warning. Is that normal?

@phalanaxus It depends. If you launch AIMP after Crystal Security, then it should be detected (also be sure that file is not already white-listed).

    Step by step:
    I installed AIMP.
    I Installed CS.
    Checked the whitelist, empty.
    Run AIMP, no detection.

P.S. Tried this with several other software with the same result.

    Tried downloading CCleaner.
    CS alerted as it should.
(However it threw a collective cloud detection)

Whether any of the process is not recognized? @phalanaxus

Can you please specify the version of AIMP or please provide direct link to download. I'll try to reproduce it.

    Regards,
    Kardo

It is not only AIMP though, I tried several other executables: Zemana Antimalware, Essential Net Tools, Aomei Backupper, etc.

@phalanaxus Is it possible that WMI Provider Host is not running? Please take a look at Task Manager and see if this process is running:

@phalanaxus Thank you for the feedback. :)

Currently I don't know why it is not working for you. You are the only one who reported that issue.
I am using Windows 10 64-bit system and it detects processes without problem.

    Regards,
    Kardo
