Got it, and just about to reboot to see if it autostarts.

    Hi,

    Waiting for results :D

NOTE: If you test auto startup on Windows XP then it will not work at the moment, but on Windows 7 it
should work on 32-bit and 64-bit system without problems. Auto startup for the Windows XP will be fixed with next version.

Re: Kristal Security 2012 [0.0.1.x Beta]

    Hi,

    Thank you for the report.

As i Noted: Auto startup is working correctly on Windows 7 32/64 bit systems, also should work on Windows Vista 32/64 bit systems.

DW20.exe is safe executable: DW20.exe is the "Watson" crash reporting utility that Microsoft uses to help developers choose which bugs impact real customers the most and therefore need to be fixed first.

Windows XP Auto Startup problem will be fixed with new KAD BETA Preview.

    Regards,
    Kardo

    Hi,

Seems that your computer is safe!

Working processes all safe and clean :)

Note: Processes classification time depends on network connectivity.

    I wouldn't expect otherwise. :)

A process checked out every 20 seconds or so. ;)

    Hi,

Yeah, on my computer it classify every process 6 seconds.

I also will make Process whitelist/blacklist feature for KAD where you can make own decision on process like (Blacklist/Whitelist).

Re: Kristal Security 2012 [0.0.1.x Beta]

Yeah, just saw this under Image Gallery from Wilders Security forum.

I will make something similar to this, Blacklisting and Whitelisting processes help to increase Process classification time.

    Should work like this:

If you start process classification first time then it will check (classify) all working processes. When classification is finished, then KAD will save all Safe processes md5 hahses, names and locations.

Now when you start process classification next time, then it will check (classify) only changed and new processes. This kind of method should increase classification time.

    Regards,
    Kardo

    Hi,

Believe it is related with analysis. KAD will analyse via (https) google.co.uk to analyse information gathered from various sources about file. KAD use own module (based on IE) on background to surf the web and default query is set to start https://www.google.co.uk.....

I don't use IE as my browser, so I have deleted the registry key for DOMStorage. ;)

    Hi,

    Okay.

My program use webbrowser control and this is based on IE ;) This is needed to make file analysis on background.

Yeah, DOMStorage registry key deletion should solve your problem.

I can monitor, and the next time your program tries to create the registry key, I will deny. ;)
