    The postive side of forums, on the other hand, is that it forces each and everyone to stop and wait until the other has expressed him/herself and then reply, without interupting them. That's good for the impatient ones of us!

    Yes I agree. The point and message are very clearly explained and leave no room for thinking that you nor anyone of us is attempting to discredit any particular company; we're just raising legitimate questions and investigating. So let's keep on discussing!
