I created a new rule with Windows Firewall Advanced to block Recuva, now there's an entry for Recuva in the regular Firewall Exceptions Settings where you allow programs through, and it's checked as if it's allowed to get through. Is that normal? I thought maybe it's just showing because I created a custom rule for it, but seems like an odd place for it.
