CPU running at 100% - Spyware?

    HI,
    I had the cws hijacker on my system and used cws shredder to remove it which it says it has done successfully. However when i run a free scan from Spyware Begone (they want you to register the software to remove the problems) it says there is still a CWS Browser Hijacker present. I have also run adaware and Spybot search and destroy. Spywareblaster and spywaregaurd are running though were installed after these problems started. I am also running Regprot

    I have previously run Hijackthis and deleted a few lines successfully (with the help of another website) but am now at a loss as to what is affecting my computer.

    My pc runs fine for a couple of minutes but then slows right down, the task manager shows CPU running at 100% all the time.

    Any help much apppreciated. Have tried all I can now slightly :doubt: Below is my new hijack this log:
