   I need utility that will show CPU usage In system tray.

   Hi Oleg,
   
   There are many, but I use Process Explorer when I need to monitor CPU usage. It minimizes to the system tray. When you hover your mouse over the tray icon, the popup shows total CPU usage as well as the process with the highest current CPU usage.
