Couple of questions about spyware blaster

    Not blocking ads in Internet explorer.

    I sometimes use Internet explorer and in spyware blaster I have option 'prevent ads/tracking cookies checked.But when I browse some websites I still see the ads and I use the latest version of Ie.

    Blocking cookies will not cause the ads to be blocked too.

    Perhaps a mis-read\mis-understanding on your part. It actually reads "ad/tracking cookies". Notice no "s" in the word ad.
