    Is this enough security??

    Sandboxie-free
    Zonealarm firewall-free
    Linkextend
    Avast-free
    Malwarebytes-free
    Firefox

    XP (sp3)

The more I read Wilders, the more confused I get. If I'm cautious browsing on the web, is this good enough? Thanks in advance.

Might I suggest to use a 'LUA' (SuRun if necessary) and perhaps Noscript and AdBlockPlus add-ons for FF.

LUA; Limited User Account, the account for your daily routine.

If you need to run programs in XP which require an admin-account, the program SuRun allows you to run programs with admin rights within a LUA (f.i. I use RMClock to undervolt one of my old laptops, which requires admin rights)

    Noscript
; this add-on blocks scripts, I-frames, plugins etc; you decide what to allow or not.

AdBlockPlus; simply blocks adds in Firefox; no adds-> lower chance on accidental drive-by downloads (from compromised add servers).

I have adblock plus but do you think Noscript is needed if Firefox is sandboxed?

    Well, no.
Running your browser in a sandbox is a strong security measure in itself.

Would your opinion of this setup be the same if we were discussing a Windows 7, 64 bit machine?

-If you are behind a NAT/SPI Modem Router, I find running a Software Firewall unnecessary...
-If you still want a Software Firewall, OnlineArmor Free is a better choice...Did you try it?
-As far as your On-Demand Scanner, I prefer Emsisoft Free.
