A refreshing perspective. Finally someone realized that Avira is a potent corporate product. I myself like it very much and when compared to my other corporate fav Sophos, provides advantages in the form of low resource consumption and a seamless update experience.

Put it this way, it's found an awful lot of stuff missed by our previous product.

I see it pretty simply, management is the key if you're installing it on more than a handful of machines.

I've also found their technical support to be very good, if not slightly "We're German, it's just the way we do it".

    Hi,

We liked to mix AV Sigs :

Kaspersky (Juniper Firewall) filtering anything from outside to DMZ
Barracuda (based on Clam sigs) for mail gateway
Trend Micro for servers (30) and workstations (500)

    No epidemy to report :thumb:

    Regards,

    MaB

    Hello :)

Thanks to each and everyone of you for participation and sorry for the late reply. I'm rather busy at the moment, but I'm gonna try a couple of suggestions for the weekend, with particular focus on cloud based solutions. I'll repost back to inform you which one I liked the best and why.
    Thanks again and cheers,
