Copying to SSD

I currently have Paragon Hard Disk manager 12 professional and I intend purchasing an SSD drive that has the capacity to hold the entire contents of my existing HDD ie OS plus everything else.
My question is, should I use the " Migrate windows OS to SSD" option but tick all the boxes for what I wish to copy across ie agree to copy the entire comtents of the HDD, or should I simply use the " Copy HDD" option.

 

I forgot to mention in my question that the disk I wish to transfer to the SSD had 64bit windows 8 on it.
