Cookies not blocked (Spyware Blaster)

    Although all Avenue A, BFast and Commission Junction entries are checked on Spyware Blaster, I note that occasionally Spybot does detect cookies from those origins.
    Are there perhaps variants not yet covered by the protection scheme?

    Hi pastraga,

    The Cookie protection of SpywareBlaster only works for IE6. Are you using that as your browser?

    Hi!

    Yes, through Avant Browser, which could be described as an add-on enhancement which uses the underlying IE 6 engine.

    In fact I can see what's blocked by peeking at IE Tools | Internet Options | Privacy | Edit - those three I mentioned, except "Avenue A" (perhaps the site name is different), are indeed there.
