Constant "Address Blocked" Notifications

    I get near constant Web Address blocked for [GLOW="red"]foreks999.ru[/GLOW] notifications when browsing the internet.

    This has just started happening today and I do not think I have installed anything significant that may cause this.

    How can I get rid of the malware?


    I'm running Win XP and Firefox 3.6.7
