Vidalia tries to connect to Tor Network for ~45 seconds to 1 minute and this message appears.

Connecting to the Tor network failed (connection timeout)

See attachment below. Because of this problem, I can't connect to Tor.

    Please help me.

I guess I have to send it to you :)

How do I successfully upload an attachment? Apparently I'm having trouble doing that.

In Post Reply (not Quick Reply) or Edit Post > Go Advanced, go to Additional Options > Manage Attachments > Choose File > Upload > Submit Reply / Save Changes. Do note there's a 300KB limit for images, so you may have to lower the quality.

When I bootup Tails, I note that it takes usually 7-8 minutes for Vidalia to go green. That being said, don't you get a Try Again button when there is a connection timeout? And, if so, did you Try Again by clicking on the Try Again button?
