    How exactly are they targeting Connecticut email addresses? Unless they're from a local ISP, it seems that it would be pointless to research which webmail or national ISP addresses are attached to Connecticut residents and target only those.

    I have no Idea but it was on local news channels.What I find rather odd is people are clicking the link to the fake FBI email.If they are law bidding and doing nothing wrong why open it up.Besides feds dont send emails they come knocking the door down.
