I posted several days ago and never got support directly from Acronis. When my dad tries to restore an image his c drive is unavailable to restore to. Another user said that he has to disable go back. Is this true?

In case he can't boot, does this mean he has to allow go back to load at start up, disable it, and then boot again to the recovery cd?

    Hello Jaxx,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

I am really sorry for not answering to you earlier. First of all, it worth trying to disable Norton GoBack first because it may cause some problem. Could you please let me know what error you get when you try to restore the image onto disk?

    Thank you.
