conflict with NOD32 2.0.12 and the game Warcraff 3

I have a possible bug to report. When updating the game Warcraft 3 from intenet, the update failed with the message : enable to copy xxx.tmp to war3.exe : the file is allready opened. I tested it twice with the same error message.
I had previously updated the game with McAfee antivirus enabled without any problems.

I had to temporaly desable AMON to be able to update corectly.

Is there a chance to see this bug removed in futur releases ?

Sorry, the NOD version is 2.12.2, not 2.0.12
