Conflict with browsers

    I installed nod32 and I can't surf the net,IE and firefox will not work,they are being blocked.I must uninstall and then everything works fine.I am new at the anti virus thing so any help would be great,running vista with service pack 1.It doesn't work with or without the service pack.

    Please try the following:
    1, uninstall EAV
    2, run "netsh winsock reset"
    3, install the latest version of EAV (3.0.672)

    Please let us know if it resolves the issue.

    No,I'm afraid not.I can run a peer to peer program and download in the background but no browser.Firefox says the connection was reset and IE simply says it can't find the page,when I run IE's diagnostic it say's there no problem with the connection.I also ran a ping test with my internet provider and it passed,thanks for your help with this.
