Conflict between NOD32 and MS Activesync 4.1

    I have encountered a possible problem with Microsoft Activesync 4.1 after NOD32 is installed. The synchronization with the Windows Mobile 5 device fails. Microsoft claims that this due to a script blocking issue with the AV program. Has anyone seen this problem and if so, what settings will resolve it.
