Configuration for Remote Desktop Access

    What changes need to be configured for remote desktop access on windows 7?

    Hi ChamChris,

    Please set the Personal firewall to interactive mode and create the rule(s) to permit RDP to function properly. Once rules have been created and communication is successful, you can set the Personal firewall to Automatic mode with exceptions so that you are not being prompted for an action with other applications.
