I apologize in advance if this question has been posted already.
Thieves entered our house and stole two computers with the nod32 installed.
My questions is: Is there any chance of getting information about it's whereabouts. If the computer is connected to a network with internet access, it will try to update it's virus definitions. Some sort of log must exists, with the source IP.

I know most changes are that the computers will be reformatted right away, but still there is a small chance that might not be the case.

We live in Israel, and we have tried unsuccessfully to contact their support.

Thanks in advance for any help.

In theory there might be a tiny chance in practice however your only recourse is police assistance.

AVs are not police and can't act without legal sanction. Hence, in unfortunate situation such as you reported start with reporting the crime to police and obtain any futher advice from them.
