COMPLETELY lost internet access

Hi,
I am using Prevx SafeOnline trial version.
Yesterday a message poped up from Prevx, indicating that I should fix something in my connection settings by clicking yes. I clicked yes and the message said I need to restart, so I did and now I've lost all internet access, cannot connect to the internet in anyway. is there a backup somewhere that I can restore?
I need to regain my internet access. please advise.

Could you try rebooting and pressing F8 to get to the boot options screen, then click "Last Known Good Configuration"?

If that doesn't work, could you try running LSPFix and correct any invalid entries? It should allow you to manually correct a broken LSP chain, which sounds like the issue here: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
