I agree with that. A lot of companies fails in that domain, simply because it's not that easy. From a home user point of view, it doesn't seems that bad, but this is a "plague" you cannot understand until you work in a really, really big company and you are in charge of 500+ employees. If only you knew the number of basic measures the employees here cannot take, nor remember...
