    I had bad luck with CTM as well. I tried two different versions, both times the MBR was trashed when CTM was uninstalled. I used AYRecovery prior to this, uninstalled it numerous times with no issues at all. I am back to using AYRecovery again, and don't plan on switching. To me CTM is worth the price, nothing!!!

    Update

    Reading all of these MBR stories here,I uninstalled CTM to see if I'd have the same issues,and everything still works fine here.

    Re: Update

    You are a lucky one,i guess.I don't know,i'm not saying that messing the MBR is a rule,but....i would never have the guts to installed it on my Pc anymore.

    That Comodo CoolAid sure is good!!
    I like the Cherry!!

    Faith Based Security all the way!!

    The only thing I have aginst Comodo,is they would not
    sell a security certificate to my Malware Domain.

    Some problem with my credit card.
    (they wanted me to go through pay-pal,that was time I would be wasting,spamming and
    Trojan drop-ing!!)

    COMODO=the good guys.

    I love Melih and Comodo!!

    With a little of MBR whipped cream? :D

  7. Comodo Time Machine is outstanding for a free product. I recommend it anywhere, to anyone, over any paid software such as Returnil and Shadow Defender. CTM is lean and fast! :)
