Comodo sandbox is really safe? I tested Comodo Leak Test with the result: 150/330 when sandbox is enable and 330/330 when disable sandbox. :(

Perhaps if they weren't so busy discussing the problems of other software, they might get some things worked out in their own. :thumb:

The reason why you have a lower score with the sandbox enabled is that with CLT running virtualized all file/registry modifications are allowed without any warning from D+,since they're not happening on your 'real' system but within the isolated layer. This is by design not due to any issues.

Great explanation and thanks for clearing that up.

Perhaps you should inform yourself first, or at least understand what the sandbox does.

I believe that it's fully implemented currently (with latest update) but I'd have to check to say 100%.

If time allows it I might stick it on a VM and run a few rogues in the sandbox over the weekend to see what happens.

After reboot no active processes running of any of the rogues:)

Why have you unticked Automatically trust files from trusted installers?

Maybe because they've made mistakes before? My guess is that the biggest reason is because that way you make sure that everything is sandboxed FIRST, then should any problem occur, you just run it outside as long as you trust it. This settings was also recommended by Kees.

Pretty much as Raven said,I may be paranoid but I'd rather be the one to choose which installers are trusted or not.:D

    Brocke,
they are saying that this is normal. The fake-av will appear to run but nothing will be installed. This happens to me as well with Time freeze and geswall both running. I'll see the pop up but after shutting down FF or restarting nothing will be on my system.

From what I can gather it's a non issue caused by the OP not understanding how Sandboxie works.

I just installed the new CIS v4, everything is working fine.

It offers great proactive protection for free and its usability has been enhanced!

How effective is the Comodo AV? Does it still have a FP rate of 25%? :D
