Windows XP Home stand alone computer running Comodo 2.4 Firewall

Comodo blocks outgoing ICMP as access denied port unreachable

Made rule to allow out/in port reachable. Still getting log that it is blocked every time browser is opened or switching websites.

Is ICMP suppose to be blocked? If not how do I correct this problem?

    Thanks

    Ray

As long as the rule is: Allow | Protocol=ICMP | Direction= Out | local ip=Any | Remote ip= Any ...it should work. Also make sure the rule is located above any block ICMP rule in the Network Monitor list.

    Thanks for the help

My parameters were correct but the position of the rule was incorrect.

Made the correction that you suggested and events in the log have been eliminated.

    Again thanks for your reply.
