    This program is nice. I like the new Kill Switch. I would only use the main scanner on a PC I know is infected though. It took 1:14 hours to scan my PC, while I can scan with similar programs in under 5min.

    disagree with you here, only reason why I post is I see this type of comment everytime I visit this forum. MBAM, Hitman Pro, etc do not do a full system scan. Do you consider them similar programs? You realize those programs won't check a ton of files that something like Comodo cleaning essentials will check? Completely different kinds of scans. One is a quick system check the other is a legitimate full scan which of course takes more time.

    totally agree

    dr web's cureit and a2 free take longer then CCE

    so with regards to full system scan times, CCE is pretty decent

    MBAM has a full scan option. HMP doesn't for financial reasons.

    MBAM's 'full scan' option does not scan all files, it only scans executables and system files

    Good point. I've only done a full scan with mbam once and believe the scan time was still similar to CCE's and Emsisoft.

    Hitman pro again is a completely different kind of scanner, much more limitations on what it scans.
