Communication error with live installer, no offline installer? WTF?

So after uninstalling v4, I download the live installer. Doesn't work. It says communication error. So I do what it suggests and download the offline installer. Ok.. so where is it? Even searching on Eset's site there is no link to it.

What should have been a 10 minute install is now 45 min while I dick around the site trying to find answer and I have no virus software installed while I wait for an answer.

 

apparently the servers were down without any status update in the installer or on this site.

ESET NOD32 Antivirus V5 Home Edition (32-bit, English)
http://download.eset.com/download/win/eav/eav_nt32_enu.msi

ESET NOD32 Antivirus V5 Home Edition (64-bit, English)
http://download.eset.com/download/win/eav/eav_nt64_enu.msi

If you do not wish to download the English language version, replace the "enu" portion of the file name with the three-character code for the language you wish to download, e.g., "sky" for Slovak, "deu" for German, "ita" for Italian and so forth.
