Because of all the bugs associated with it, I have been very reluctant to recommend TI9 to persons looking for reliable backup software. Alexey Popov has posted this on the subject. Before I start recommending TI9 to anyone, I would like to see a clear commitment on the part of Acronis that a "downgrade" option to TI 8.0.937 will be available for anyone not happy with TI9. It should be made clear that this is not a matter of temporarily exchanging one license for another license, but that those people who "downgrade" will be entitled to licenses for both versions of True Image. Or is this too much to ask for?

It can happen if you are persistant enough :)

I now have a registered version 9 (which I bought) & a registered latest build of version 8 given to me by the distributor because 9 is so "buggy" & "unreliable".
