    Well, if you have the cash and ingenuity (or much more cash) you could have your own. Use a small quad copter (eg -http://www.draganfly.com/) as platform, plus OpenCV for face detection (see -http://ahprojects.com/blog/c/itp) and Sentry Project (see -http://www.paintballsentry.com) for targeting.
