Client side security “End user system security challenges”:)

Hi all

I decide to name my title “End user system security challenges”(including Client side security, Home security)
Now I’m writing my master thesis. There are so many things and threats against you: Trojan horse, virus etc
I don’t know how to divide table of contents. I haven’t any experience of this subject or not enough writing experience at this field. And so I ask you help me organize Table of contents good priority. Where I put what things? Please updates my knowledge?
