I followed your instructions and scanned my computer with SpyBot S&D. It always finds the same 6 files, 5 Data Source Object Exploits and the CleverIEHooker.Jeired. The only thing I can see that is infected is my internet explorer. If I am online for more than 1 minute, I begin to receive pop-ups on a regular basis. Also, I have discovered that I have a new folder called "TV Media" that I am not allowed to delete and I cannot find it under the Control Panel to uninstall.

Here is the copy of the log I received with HijackThis:

    Hi jimbrown,

Before you start please move hijackthis.exe to a folder of it´s own. The program creates backups in the folder it is in. These will now end up on your desktop.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {707E6F76-9FFB-4920-A976-EA101271BC25} - C:\Program Files\TV Media\TvmBho.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D537A3D0-8C07-4D62-953F-162207F5090D} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\regsvrac32.dll

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oF4g3qS] wsckinfo.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [iexplore] C:\WINDOWS\System32\iexplore.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fash] C:\WINDOWS\fash.exe

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe /startup
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [hacffkx.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\hacffkx.exe

    O8 - Extra context menu item: LimeShop Preferences - file://C:\Program Files\LimeShop\System\Temp\limeshop_script0.htm

    O16 - DPF: {DDFFA75A-E81D-4454-89FC-B9FD0631E726} - http://www.bundleware.com/activeX/DS3/DS3.cab

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\Program Files\TV Media <= entire folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\iexplore.exe <= NOTE: only the one in that folder
    C:\WINDOWS\fash.exe

    Regards,

    Pieter
